Food allergies and intolerances: due to the production methods used in Aulds Bakery and Shops, we are unable to guarantee that any of our products are free from the allergens listed below:

Celery (including celeriac), cereals containing gluten, crustaceans, egg and egg derivatives, fish, milk and milk derivatives, mustard, nuts and nut products, soya, sulphur dioxide and sulphites.

If in doubt, please ask a member of staff before purchasing or consuming our products. Recipes, ingredients and allergen information may change from time to time, so customers should always check labels and available product information before consuming.

4. Availability

Products shown on our website may not be available in every shop or at all times. We may change, withdraw or update products without notice.

5. Orders placed directly with us

Where you place an order directly with one of our shops or team members, the specific order details, price, collection location and collection time will be agreed with you at the time of order. For custom, celebration, birthday cake or made-to-order products, cancellation may not be possible once production has started or ingredients, packaging, decorations or other materials have been committed. Deposits for custom or made-to-order products are non-refundable unless we are at fault or otherwise agree in writing.

7. Enquiry forms and recruitment
